Returns & Exchanges Policy
ELPIS GIRL SALE POLICY
We don’t currently offer a special policy for sales, but keep an eye out! If we ever run
something dreamy like a “ELPIS LOVE Sale,” we’ll include return and refund details right in the promo terms. Unless otherwise stated, returns are accepted—even for made-to-order items—because we want you to love your tee.
WHAT IS OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?
Even though your Elpis tee is made just for you, we’ll still accept a return if you don’t
absolutely love it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at
info@elpisthelabel.com to begin a return.
To be eligible, your tee must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once
approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
WHAT IS OUR IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY?
We don’t currently have a retail location—all purchases and returns are handled online. But don’t worry, our inbox is always open at info@elpisthelabel.com if you need help.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
- Email us at info@elpisthelabel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll approve eligible returns and send you a free return label.
- Repackage your tee (unworn), stick on the label, and drop it off.
- Once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNED ITEM?
We’ll provide a prepaid return label with the correct address once your return is approved.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first—we want to make the process easy and trackable for you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued within 10
business days to your original payment method.
Heads up: some banks may take a few extra days to show it. If it’s been more than 15
business days, please email us and we’ll follow up.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?
If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we’ll get your replacement tee out the door within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your return.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Yes—whether your item arrived damaged or you simply changed your mind, we’ll cover the return shipping. No stress, —just email us to get started.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
For international customers (including the EU), local customs or import duties may apply. These fees aren’t included in your shipping cost and are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local postal service or customs office for more info.
