How long will it take to ship my order?

Our tees are made just for you—so we ask for a little patience!

Processing + production time: 1–2 weeks

Shipping time (U.S.): 3–7 business days via USPS

Shipping time (International): About 3 weeks on average

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes!

What are your international shipping rates?

Shipping costs for international orders under $75 are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and order size.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

98% of orders ship without customs fees.

However, customers outside the EU, US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, Norway, and Singapore may be subject to duties. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii, or Alaska?

Yes to all of the above!

We’re happy to ship to PO boxes and customers in Hawaii and Alaska.

Why does my tracking say 'Label Created' for days?

Due to recent USPS delays (as of April 2024), some packages may show no movement even after they’ve been picked up.

Rest assured—your tee is likely already in transit! If tracking seems stuck, feel free to reach out to info@elpisthelabel.com and we’ll help investigate.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipment?

Once USPS picks up your package from our production partner, it becomes their responsibility.

If your package goes missing, we recommend first contacting your local post office.
